NEXT PLANNING BOARD MEETING

Tonight, 11/19 at 7pm

The agenda includes public comment for a 100-bay truck terminal on Rt. 9. This project would be located directly over the  Schodack aquifer!. The Town's Water Quality Control Law prohibits this type of development in recharge areas of the aquifer system. Please come out tonight and  let the planning board know you expect them to uphold the Town's laws!
